 Credit Card Security: We know of no documented cases of "identity theft" or "credit card fraud" using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using high level encryption codes. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Your card will not be debited until the goods are dispatched.

VAT: If you are living within the EEC and can supply a valid VAT number with your order which will be verified by
UK Customs and Excise  we will be able to deduct the VAT element of your order from your invoice. If you are resident in Jersey or Guernsey, we will automatically deduct the VAT element of your order from your invoice. 

Delivering your order: We will deliver your order without delay. If in the unlikely event the item is not in stock we will inform you.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will put it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy: If you wish to return any unused goods, please return them within a 14 day period for a full refund or exchange. For larger items, please call to arrange collection. We regret we cannot refund carriage on goods incorrectly ordered.
