Our Delivery charge includes delivery, packing
costs and any other administration costs.

Delivery Schedule:
Orders received before 12:00 will wherever
possible be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12:00 will wherever
possible be sent out the following day.
Note: Consignments that are returned to us
"unable to deliver" will incur a service charge of £10 to cover the return costs
of the courier.

Free delivery offers:
From time to time we may make a free delivery
offer (including order values of £750 or more). This offer consists of us waving our standard delivery charge up to a
maximum of £10. Our free delivery offers do not include

exception and or our premium delivery surcharges relating to
premium services or post code surcharges. In these cases, you will only be
charged the appropriate surcharge.
- Special offers:
From time to time we may
make special offers on the prices of certain products. In these cases, the
delivery charges are calculated on the original price of the goods, not the
special offer prices.

warehouse/showroom and will be subject
to a delivery/order administration charge unless collected
from our showroom/retail shop

If you are living within the EEC and can supply a
valid VAT number with your order which will be verified by
UK Customs and Excise we will be able to deduct the VAT element of
your order from your invoice.

automatically deduct the VAT element of your order from your invoice.

Delivery exceptions:
- Delivery charges to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles,
Isle of Mann, Highlands and Islands and parts of central Scotland including
the post codes BT, DD, GY, IM, JE, KY, PA, FK, PH, SK, ZE, HS, IV, KA and KW, are priced
according to the area, order value and consignment dimensions (volumemetric
weight calculation). Should you need further information regarding your
particular post code, just send us an email stating your required
articles and we will let you know the exact amount of freight costs.

BFPO addresses:
- Small order items:
We are happy to send small order items (suitable for normal posting) to BFPO
addresses.
Larger items requiring the services of Parcelforce:
Due to very bad experiences of lost parcels and unacceptable delays when
sending larger packages to BFPO address, we no longer send larger items to
BFPO addresses. However we are happy to send larger items to alternative UK
mainland addresses.
- UK VAT refunds are possible for some none UK residents.
Unfortunately, UK VAT refunds do not apply to UK forces serving aboard.
